About This Project

The Horn River Basin is estimated to have upwards of 75 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas reserves and provides the region with a diversified services sector. From oil and gas drilling and production services to accommodation, transportation and retail opportunities, the region is strategically positioned as a major centre for investment and expansion.

The industrial investment opportunity features paved access with services to the sites, and has 250 acres of property available in the Horn River Basin. Being recently released from the Agricultural Land Reserve, parcels range in size from 2 to 20 acres, and are accessible by newly developed roads and an extension of the existing community trail. Industrial services at the site include a 3-phase power electrical service, natural gas heating fuel, and access to the municipal water system, on-site water storage, and the municipal sewer.

The region is strategically located, connecting North American resources to Asian markets by the shortest shipping route possible. The regional service centre for the Northern Rockies and the Horn River Basin, Fort Nelson, is characterized by an abundance of natural resources; productive forests, exciting natural gas development, an emerging agricultural sector, and a tourism sector anchored by the Alaska Highway. This investment opportunity is located in the region's transportation hub, with convenient access by air, ground and rail transport.
